Refund policy

Funded Beast stands behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is received.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Unopened, unused, and in the same condition as delivered
  • In the original manufacturer packaging with all components included

To start a return, contact us at info@fundedbeast.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return address and detailed shipping instructions.

All return freight is the customer’s responsibility. Return shipping and freight costs are non-refundable. Funded Beast is not responsible for manufacturer defects or warranty-related claims, as these are handled directly with the manufacturer. We are only responsible for shipping errors in which the incorrect item was sent.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@fundedbeast.com or call (214) 851-8958. We’ll evaluate the issue and work quickly to resolve it through replacement parts, manufacturer warranty assistance, or correction of a shipping error.

Packaging Damage: Damage to outer packaging is not grounds for return or refund. Packaging is designed to protect the product during transit and may show damage, wear, or scuffs. Only damage to the actual product qualifies for replacement or warranty consideration.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order products are not returnable or refundable once the order is placed.
  • Products that have been installed, assembled, or modified cannot be returned.
  • Any item not in its original packaging or that shows signs of use is non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your product for a different model or style, contact us at info@fundedbeast.com before returning the item. In some cases, exchange options or manufacturer-specific policies may apply.
